1,000 miles!
The final mile of my 6-mile run yesterday put me over 1,000 miles for 2010. Why does it feel like a big deal to reach certain even number increments? Somehow it feels different from 994, but it isn't, really.
I guess that's just the way our brains are wired...

It's like when people get all excited that their odometer is turning over from 99999 to 100000. I never quite understood that. I'd say "congratulations," but just thinking about running 1,000 miles has made me too tired to do it. ;-)
