This is a chronicle of my evolution as a runner, environmentalist and student of yoga. I aspire to live a fit, healthy, and Earth-friendly lifestyle. My yoga practice inspires me to endeavor to live mindfully, to fully appreciate the wonder in each moment, and to have compassion for all beings.

i really enjoyed reading your blog! Yes, running is the greenest and one of the reason's I took it up a few years ago was because I didn't have to drive to do it. I am running my first marathon at the end of February, so your training comments are spot on. And yes, I also use cloth napkins and have for years!
Jennifer,
Thanks for visiting Running Green! I love visitors and comments! I always enjoy meeting other runners and other earth-friendly people! Good luck on your marathon!
Yes, the Earth is not ours to manipulate and rule as we please. The Earth simply is. The Earth just happens to bless us with its wonderful magnificence and beauty. Who are we to destroy this?
Very eloquently stated, Grace! Thanks!
