Great quote. It's all about your mindset. This explains why some people look at running as a fun hobby and others see it as a painful way to stay in shape.
Quite so, Grace. And those who see running as a painful chore are very likely to quit after a limited gain is achieved. Those who discover the joy of running and the profound mental well being that comes with the physical benefits are likely to make it an integral part of their permanent lifestyle!
