Training Tip Thursday
Running form: Can you change it? Yes, but maybe you should not. We run the way we run because we run that way. Particularly for new runners, as you continue to train your form will continue to improve, particularly as the muscles that propel you get stronger. Relax, and let running come to you rather than you going to it.

i like it!
I agree. It is counterproductive to change the way the body naturely moves. However, there are subtle changes one can make. The way the foot strikes the ground, the upright position of the body, etc.
Exactly. We can adjust our technique, but not change our natural form. I'm currently intrigued by things I've heard about "Chi Running." I'd like to read the book and learn more.
