Recommended Read - "Yoga in America"
Instead of my typical Wednesday environmental post, I'm going to recommend a book today:
"Yoga in America - Passion, Diversity, and Enlightenment In the Words of Some of Yoga’s Most Ardent Teachers"
If you are a practitioner of yoga, or are just interested and want to read on the subject, I highly recommend this.
The editors have now made it accessible to everyone with a free download at http://yogainamerica.wordpress.com/.
I hope you enjoy the read. Namaste!

I'll have to check this out. I love the free d'load too, although if I really like it, I'll probably buy it in paperback. I'm not a huge fan of reading whole books via Internet. My favorite yoga book is the Yoga Sutras interpreted by Sri Swami Satchidananda. They're funny, easy to relate to, and so insightful about life.
Grace, the Yoga Sutras have to be the best yoga related writing ever! I'm currently re-reading the Bhagavad Gita. I read it years ago as literature; reading it now for the message.
Drop me another comment if you like when you've read Yoga in America! Thanks!
