Mmm Lentil Balls with Raita sound amazing.

Sadly I didn't run the Broadstreet because I was out a month ago due to a knee injury and didn't have enough time to train. But I did get up and cheer the runners on, which was an inspiring sight!

I eat lentils almost every week. They are a good source of Iron and Protein.

Grace,
Yes, looks great-- can't wait to try it!

Sorry to hear-- knee injuries are the worst! I was getting over one just as I was starting marathon training; it had me questioning if I could do it. Fortunately, it got stronger as I trained.

That's great to cheer other runners! I can't tell you how much of a lift it was to me running the marathon whenever a group of spectators would cheer and encourage! Great stuff! When I finish a race, I like to stay beside the finish line and cheer in all of the rest of the runners!

Kara,
Great nutrition! Protein, fiber, carbs, vitamins, hardly any fat! What's not to like?!
